All tools on ToolsFlip process your files and data entirely within your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. All processing (image compression, PDF merging, text conversion, etc.) happens locally on your device. We do not have access to any files you use with our tools.

We may collect the following non-personal information through third-party services, but only after you accept our cookie banner:

• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and operating system (via Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization enabled)
• IP address — collected by our hosting provider and analytics services, used for security and analytics purposes (IP is anonymized before being stored by Google Analytics)
• Cookies — used by Google AdSense (when enabled) to display relevant advertisements (see Section 5)

If you click "Decline" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is collected.

3a. Image to Text (OCR) Tool

Our Image to Text (OCR) tool runs the Tesseract OCR engine entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your image is never uploaded to our servers. On first use the tool downloads the engine and the selected language model from the jsDelivr public CDN and the Tesseract language data mirror — these are static assets and contain no personal data. The downloads are then cached locally by your browser.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your files, images, PDFs, or any content you process
• Passwords you enter in our PDF tools
• Text you type in our text tools
• Personal information like name, email, or phone number
• We do not require user accounts or registration

5. Advertising and Cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements
